My wisdom tooth was starting to hurt and was infected so I had to find an appointment the same day, I had to call a lot of dentists until I found Charles Street Dental. They fit me in the same day for a consultation and referred me to a specialist. They were so kind and welcoming. I haven’t been to a dentist in 4 years and they didn’t make me feel bad or shameful at all. The office is so nice and clean and conveniently located off of the Tufts Medical Center T stop. Every staff member was so warm and friendly. After I got my wisdom tooth taken care of I went back for a cleaning and it was so fast and easy. Dr. Lee was so nice and informative. They have an online booking system which makes it so easy to get in when you need to. I’m SO happy I found this place and honestly am looking forward to going back!

My teeth need a lot of work and I spent my first year in Boston bouncing around dentists offices that weren’t bad, but didn’t provide care that felt exceptional. You will notice an exceptional difference with Dr. Lee’s office from the first time you speak with Kiva to make an appointment to the time you visit for dental care. You get Dr. Lee’s full care and attention, not the typical short visits with minimal info or plan of action that I often experienced with other dentists. You can genuinely feel she cares about your well being and will take her time to answer any questions and explain anything to your full satisfaction. On top of her exceptional patient care skills, she is an immensely talented dentist technically and will conduct any work needed in your mouth with masterful care and skill. I could hardly notice my fillings were even there and she is meticulous in ensuring your crown is perfectly placed. Dr. Lee has stayed late or opened early just to fit in my urgent care needs. Her office is brand new with all pristine equipment in a convenient downtown Boston location. Lastly, it was great to see a thriving women owned business that Dr. Lee started from the ground up. Charles Street Dental is a newer practice and it’s incredible clean and is in a very accessible part of Boston. Everyone I’ve interacted with here is incredibly efficient and kind. Their focus on patient care is also exceptional. From Dr. Lee to the front desk and the hygienist, everyone was welcoming and made you feel calm. I came in for a cleaning and did the routine x-rays and which was quick and Dr.Lee was very thorough with explaining the X-rays and answered any questions and concerns I had. Needed to find a new dentist and decided to try Charles St Dental after receiving a flyer in the mail. Very happy! Dr. Lee is very personable and kind, spending a lot of time being thorough and detailed during my initial visit. The office itself is modern and immaculate. All the equipment appears to be brand new with a lot of fancy technology. You may not like the icky look of your tooth when it's displayed in high-resolution on the big monitor in front of you, but it's helpful and informative as Dr. Lee explains what she is seeing and educating you about it :)

Best medical/dental experience I’ve ever had - couldn’t be happier with Kiva at the front desk, Della the Dental Assistant, and Dr. Lee herself. 1) They pick up the phone immediately when you call, and setting an appointment couldn’t have been any easier. The technologies used to facilitate X-Ray transfers from previous providers, appointment management, etc all felt very high-quality and well-connected. Most importantly, they really LISTEN and ADDRESS your needs even before the appointment is booked. 2) The location is very central and the office itself is absolutely spotless/beautiful. Never seen in my life a dental office so nice. 3) The lab tech used for the treatments all were gleaming new and obviously high-quality. 4) Dr. Lee and her dental assistant were exceptionally patient in dealing with my complex issue and took 2 full hours to comprehensively explain all my options and began immediate treatment. To hear all my concerns addressed and options discussed without ANY rush was mind-boggling. Wow! I was expecting my visit to take an hour, maximum, but I greatly appreciated the second hour I spent there. 5) The treatment itself was expertly and painlessly done and I saw immediate, visible results when I got home. Dr. Lee neither tried to up-sell nor did she attempt to play down any costs. Magnificent care. 6) Booking a follow-up was easy, and insurance was direct-billed. A true gem, I look forward to coming here for as long as I live in the Boston area! This was the third dentist practice I saw in the Boston area, and the other experiences weren’t even in the same stratosphere. Thank you, everyone!
